Meg Cabot writes MANY teen romance novels. EVERYTHING she's written seems to have some sort of romance in it.

I definitely recommend the previously mentioned Twilight and New Moon by Stephenie Meyer.
I'd add that Sarah Dessen is really great in this genre. She's one of my favorites! The Truth About Forever, Just Listen, Keeping the Moon, Someone like you, That summer, This Lullaby, Dreamland.

Try my favorite author Lurlene McDaniel. She writes about teens suffering cancer. Some of her books have the cancer victim in romance where it's hard for the guy to go on with life if their girlfriend doesn't survie cancer.

Try "Forever", by Judy Blume. I loved it when I was a teen! I'm sure it's still relevant today!

Try "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer. It has a fantasy (vampire...) element to it, but it is a very romantic book in all other respects.
