I mean , does anyone think that they will be relieved sorry ?
I did not know what the hype was all about at first, but I love to read and found that it reminded me of the real Grimm fairy tales a little.

Well, all of us who are thouroughly involved with the plot, who love the books, and can't wait for the last one, yet feel a sort of a dread knowing that it's the last one, are certainly going to feel somewhat empty after we finish the last word (rumored to be scar), of the last book, of the series that has changed our lives forever.

But we can't just wait for some new book to come along that can take the place of HP. Not many books have anything one HP.

ANother thing that I'm just thinking is that when the series is, it will be like the best summer of camp EVER ending. SO many people have formed friendshipd through a love of HP, and when the series ends, it'll be like camp ending, and having to say goodbye to all your friends. Sure, you'll stay in touch, through internet and whatnot, but the thing that brought you together is gone (at least 'till next time/another series). But hopefully, people won't jukst forget these friendships once it ends....

It is not often that an author appears with stories that will capture the imagination of so many people, so waiting is not very practical. I will be sorry to see HP end, but I do know it will continue for for a while because of the movie releases. There is also rereading the books to keep us busy.

I will not be waiting, but I will keep an eye out just in case we get lucky and another special author just happens to appear on the scene.

You are already starting to see some series try to take over the legacy such as Eragon.

Another suspicion I have - This is just a guess on my part. If Harry develops a love interest in the last book, maybe he'll produce an heir to carry on the fight and another author can take over.
