I think they are those dreamers with action regarding doing something as planned like some imaginative writers, scientists, translaters, etc. who naturally imagine what and how they should create something new or instrumental to their work then they put it into action, that is, concrete concepts or layouts or strategies from which they evolve gradually into final creation.
