Just before 2 days I chanced to read from a news paper that "In this world no one country could keep the democracy as India could". Writer stresses that all the other countries lost once, twice or more times after they got established the democracy in those countries. so he says if we search within 60 years, we can't find none but India which kept democray as well.
yes or not? plz describe........

"Bothered folk, son, outside, Bothered folk are quick to judge."
Vernon, the main character, is wrongly involved in a criminal affair, that is, his classmates' massacre, just because he was the closest friend of the murderer. Here the sheriff interviews him and starts his questions by this.

In musical theater, when is it acceptable and NOT acceptable to typecast?

When typecasting becomes a deciding factor in casting the actors, isn't that a bit unfair?

I was watching a gangster movie the other night and the plot seemed oddly familiar to me but I couldn't place it. Anyways, the eldest son of a gang boss kills a member of the rival gang. The father wants to keep the peace with the rival gang so he kills his own son. Younger brother secretly witnesses the killing and then waits years before attacking the rival gang. Father realizes his son is on to him so he asks his illegitimate son by his mistress kill the other son.

"The diference between a moral man and an honourable man is that the honourable man will feel guilty about a dishonourable act even though it has worked in his favour and he has not been caught."

What do you think is the message in this phrase and what does it mean for those who hold morals or honour scared? (Also if you know who said it first that would be greatly appreciated.)

Which is better to have morals or a code of honour?

Please explain your answers.

I Thank You in advance for your insight.

I have always tried to be a good decent person - people always screw me over or stuff doesn't work out & I am never in a "good" state in life.....I am going to give up & resign myself to a sucky life....that seems that it's going to be that way anyway- There are no honest, kind people anymore & nothing is going to go my way
