Why were these wars fought and what brought them about? I hear people say that the war in Iraq is another Vietnam. Is that true?

I heard that Da Vinci had to draw a freehanded perfect circle in order to paint the Cistene Chapel, but then I learned Michelangelo painted the Cistene chapel, but I still see everywhere that Da Vinci was the first artist that was able to freehand a PERFECT circle. Are there any articles which confirm this, and are relible?

Why do all living things die? What is the purpose in that? Assuming you believe in God of some sort, what part does death play in God's grand scheme of things? If you believe in some sort of an afterlife, why don't people just start out there and never die? I asked this question in the religion section too. I thought I would ask it here in philosophy because the answers are usually more thought out.

underglaze an greenware. then scrap away the underglaze to make a design then fire them together.so the bisque comes out underglaze except at those scrapped out designs. then it puts on clear glaze to make it shiny..

im 13 and have been taking ballet for about 6 years. the studio i go to does not focus very much on ballet but all my friends that have taken ballet for as long as me and some not as long that go to a different studio than me are already on pointe. im just as good at ballet as they are. when will i be ready for pointe? my dance teacher told me i had strong ankles but has never mentioned anything about pointe? i dont understand y my some of my friends are already on pointe but im not.

hi, i have to do an 8-10 page research paper on an author of my choice and im not sure who to pick. i like funny stuff so i was hoping someone could give me the names of some authors who have alot of comedy in their novels. the author i pick has to have a biography or autobiography about them plus they have to have done 2 other books, which i will use in my paper. since i have to write 8-10 pages, i want to write about someone i find interesting. this is my last year in high school, and i wanna make this paper a good one. this is why im trying my best to make the right choice in who i pick. so if anyone knows of a good author could u please tell me who they are and what books u suggest i read. dont forget that they have to have a biography of them plus 2 things they have written. i like action adventure and romantic comedy but im not sure if i want to write about those. but if anyone knows any good authors who write those types of books please tell me. thanks alot i appreciate this.
