I would recommend book called Superstitious by R.L. Stine.

'Sara Morgan, fleeing an abusive relationship, returns to Moore State College for a masters in psychology. Swept off her feet by Liam O'Connor, a glamorous and brilliant visiting professor of folklore, she soon becomes his devoted wife. She views her husband's adherence to supersititon fondly at first, but gradually finds it wearing and extreme. Liam tells her his behavior keeps the demons at bay. In fact, their first argument involves supersitition, as does the shocking circumstance of their final estrangement.'

I haven't read these by the vampire series cirque du freak is pretty well liked, you could try those.

I also recently read Moon Called and Blood Bound by Patricia Briggs, these stories feauture both werewolves and vampires respectively. These I would highly recommend.

You might also like the vampires stories Blue Bloods by Melissa de la Cruz and/or Glass Houses by Rachel Caine. I loved both of these stories as well.

If you're curious about any of these books you could check out the listings on amazon.com for more information and book descriptions.

Rebbecca was a lovely book, but it didn't really have horror in it more of a mystery. But to tell you the truth if a book has horror and romance then its not a very good book, because those two things clash.

Going Too far via Jennifer Echols is about a rebellious severe college senior and the police officer who arrests her. there is also ideal Chemistry via Simone Elkeles (sp?) about a gang member (i imagine) who places a chance to seduce an possibility free female in his type yet finally ends up falling for her. a particular Slant of sunshine via Laura Whitcomb is extremely romantic besides.
