Gender equality is undefined and suggests that the sexes are equal, they are not: no two people are equal.

The intent is to promote equality under the law, or more precisely equitable treatment of all people.

That is if a person can do a job they should get the same pay, but more than that, if they do a better job they should get more pay, regardless of gender, or any other irrational factor, factors that don't influence the logic.

You must be careful we do discriminate against people, the blind cannot drive, the disable can't do certain things, but then again the able cannot do certain things if they can't do them.

Equality goes beyong logic to suggest that a husband and a wife, these two people are the same as two men, or two women, and this is where the logic is illogical. No man has ever given birth to a child and no woman has ever fathered a child.

So is the real term the equitable treatment of people and not the oversimplified confusing term of equality period

I constantly hear on the news about crime victims who never locked their doors, and assumed their small town locations and schools were perfectly safe. Is this some form of strange denial of reality?

I made a mistake in answering the question about Hitler being the best or worst German leader.
Hitler was never awarded a nobel Peace Prize as I mentioned; however he was named 'Man Of The Year" by Times in 1938..just to show that Hitler stared out as a very respected leader. I still believe that Hitler became mentally ill later on and those around him were not strong enough to get him into a mental asylum.

i love being in love and everything that comes with it but i'm starting to believe that being single and consequently not engaging in romantic affairs gives me more peace. 'cause if i fall in love, i fall for real & once it's over it hurts too much and it makes me totally shattered; emotionally & mentally. i love romance & passion but if it's not with the right person i don't do it. so i guess, what i'm really asking is for your opinion on coming to terms with being single and how to control your desire. i don't wanna feel it 'cause it makes me long for something i can't have.

thanks

The package for this product features a painting known as Syndics of the Cloth Hall, which was painted by Rembrandt van Rijn; the fact that Rembrandt lived in the Netherlands gives the product its name. What is the product?

I'm painting a sign for a client. I need to be able to wash over the paint to clean the windows, but be able to scrape it off when the time comes. What type of paint won't show the brush strokes? Or is there a primer that I could use under it? Help!

It is a little remarkable, that-though disinclined to talk overmuch of myself and my affairs at the fireside, and to my personal friends-an autobiographical impulse should twice in my life have taken possession of me, in adressing the public.
