Nice guy, great singer. One of the best with this group (Pink Floyd) and without. And, although he is British, he was DEFINATLEY as “singer in America” and made popular by Americans.

He was the lead singer and song writer for Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd and Roger Waters parted ways some time ago.
