does the introduction part of the story, called "the custom-house" have anything to do with the actual story, and do i have to read that saction for AS English as well as the rest of the f*****g story?? im going to quote the first f*****g sentence for you who aint read it okay?

do i HAVE to read it cuz it took me half an hour to decipher the first page and a half, before i gave up!! HELP!!
