I used to get phone calls until I changed my number, but now I'm getting post, it started off as a letter that seemed to come from the Dr's with what appeared to be a vile of blood, now it's Sim cards from Mobile Phone company's. Most of the phone company's have been helpful apart from T-Mobile, when I phoned them and told them that I'd received post addressed to 'YOUR CAT IS A BOMB' the woman acted like this was the most normal thing in the world! I just want it to stop! Any suggestions?

I bought an item at Wal-Mart in a nearby city where the sales tax is higher than in my city. I returned this item in my city. When I was given my refund, I was given the sales tax for the city I live in, not the city that I bought the item in. Does anyone know if I should have been refunded the sales tax that I paid since it was higher?

Ok I think I have bipolar disorder. My friends (One of them has bipolar disorder) have been sending me links to information about the disorder. I have been unable to sleep without a sleeping pill or forcing myself since Christmas Day. I do not want to become dependent on sleeping pills. I have every sign and symptom of Bipolar disorder except suicidal thoughts. I also have family history of the disorder. I'm scared to tell my mom because she lashed out at me last time I tried and my dad isn't around. I also have no health insurance to see a doctor. Is there any way I can visit a doctor?

OK well this guy i liked for 4 years and he liked me too. Last year we were pretty close then he moved away. Now he doesnt talk to me on myspace anymore and he completly ignores me online. I'm writing an essay for school. If I wanted to quote Ghandi for his saying "an eye for an eye leaves the world blind", do I have to say his name in my essay or can I just put it in quotes? Thanks! Also, the essay doesn't relate to Ghandi, but his quote ties in to what I'm saying.
