Whenever I see one I have to play it... It only sort of matters whether I win something or not.... that's just a bonus.

It's like they call out to me in the grocery store (which is where I see them mostly). Of course, when I was little I would play them at the arcade. The cool ones gave you tickets when you played, whether you grabbed something or not... then you could exchange those for even more worthless crap.

I'm thinking, over the years (around 20 or so) I've probably spent well into the thousands of dollars of my own money on these machines. Why do you think that is?

Is it the possibility of getting a poorly made, horribly immitated Mickey Mouse (or some other hideous cartoon character) fashioned together for my happiness by a 4 year old in a third-world country... or something about grabbing various tiny body parts with a giant claw, without getting arrested? What makes it so damn appealing?

I need help.

Hi, I really want to go to my local riding school and ride for a half an hour private lesson but I feel like I am a really awful rider. I have been riding for almost 7 years, little and often, and I dont seem to be making any progress. As I cant afford lessons every week I usually go once or twice a month. I get really scared and tense up a bit when the horse starts to cantre, I think this is holding me back quite a lot, I start to shake so my leg goes all wibbly, I feel so out of control, can you give me any tips on how to get a nice slow cantre, also I have always had a problem with sitting still and up straight, can anyone give me any tips???

Theres this guy that smokes.. he doesnt like that he smokes and really wants to quit..

He asked me for help and i offered to help him... he needs support so, because no1-where he lives- suppot him, he asked me to help him out..

i said ok..

I have given him a list of websites that can help him but i really dont think thats enough..

i want to help him by giving him something personal like my advice or something that can help him stay concentrated on quitting..

I talk 2 him on myspace so i was hoping like a comment thingy or maybe anything that can b posted on myspce...

Well... My cat ate something. I am not sure if it is the nipple from the baby bottles (because I have seen in his vomitt sometimes with lil nipples), or the misiltoe (or however you spell it). So anyway. He wont touch his food. He will only drink water. I have no idea what to do. Since this happened after the holidays we are short on cash. We have the money to get him looked at dont get me wrong. However I spoke with my mother who has a problem like that were our dog at a ham bone and it costed her $1400 for surgery and for boarding. I dont have that much money. So I am just curious. What are some things that I can do to maybe help it work out of his system. Or make him feel better. Thank you!

I'm fed up with these doctors, I think they're all crazy(no offense if your a doctor, if your a doctor what do you think this is?)

I've been having stomach pain for about a month now, after one week of pain we went to my normal doctor he told me I had a bladder infection and to take the medicine I did for one day but then he called us and said that we can stop because no bacteria grew. I stopped, felt bad for a week got better for 3 days then I started feeling worse than the first episode. Went back to the doctor, told him my symptoms of stomach pain, loss of appeite, ect then he told me it was colitis and he put me on Batrim DS, couldn't keep it down made my stomach feel a million times worse, after handling it for 2-3 days I couldn't take it anymore, went to the ER by this time I had already lost about 10 pounds, didn't keep anything down for about 2-3 days(throwing up everything and was almost dehydrating. Doctor at hospital did urine sample, came back positive like the first one.
