I'm fed up with these doctors, I think they're all crazy(no offense if your a doctor, if your a doctor what do you think this is?)
I've been having stomach pain for about a month now, after one week of pain we went to my normal doctor he told me I had a bladder infection and to take the medicine I did for one day but then he called us and said that we can stop because no bacteria grew. I stopped, felt bad for a week got better for 3 days then I started feeling worse than the first episode. Went back to the doctor, told him my symptoms of stomach pain, loss of appeite, ect then he told me it was colitis and he put me on Batrim DS, couldn't keep it down made my stomach feel a million times worse, after handling it for 2-3 days I couldn't take it anymore, went to the ER by this time I had already lost about 10 pounds, didn't keep anything down for about 2-3 days(throwing up everything and was almost dehydrating. Doctor at hospital did urine sample, came back positive like the first one.

Gave me some melt in your mouth pills to make me want to eat & not throw up and gave me a shot for my first dose of medication. Called back up 2 days later, said I def had a UTI but no bacteria grew which only means they can't pin-point the spot where it is or something. When at the hospital they weighed me and I lost 4 pounds within 3 days. He did two x-rays of my stomach & urine and I started taking this medicine, was supposed to feel really better after 3-4 days of taking it, didn't feel decent until 5 days though. They said I should feel 100% better now that it's been 7 days, and I don't. My stomach pain is def less, and I've been eating a good meal for about 3 days now but the nauesa is coming back again. He only gave me nauesa pills for 3 days though, so after those 3 days I've been having to defend for myself. My x-rays came back, he said they looked great. My mom asked if it could be anything else, he told her no this is def it. Our doctor now says that they don't think it's

it's a UTI because no bacteria grew, does it have to grow to have a UTI? I tested positive twice for a UTI but since it never grew either time the first time they told me to stop taking it.
The hospital doctor says that my white blood cells were elavated so high that even if I didn't wipe good enough, it wouldn't matter. I feel better but I'm still sick, should I worry?
I stopped throwing up for 7 days and I can keep liquids down again, but I'm staying at the same weight number I was after I lost the 10 pounds.

But I've had soft stool and some diarrhea while taking the medication. When I urinate it doesn't burn and never has. I've had low grade fever throughout this process(it's never got up to even 101.0 degrees the highest has been 100.6)
Would the xrays show kidney stones?
