No, you cannot (legally) read the book online because of copyright issues. If you are looking for an online version for financial reasons, try to pick up a copy from the library for free. It's a great read!

I believe I speak for many Harry Potter fans when I say, "You make me vomit!". How CHEAP of you to try and steal someones work. You can pay 22 dollars like the rest of us! I am outraged that you would not want to pay! She, J.K. Rowling, has spent many long tedious years putting those books together and i will not have you cheating her out of what she is due. You can't trust a liar and a cheater, I always say. How would you feel if you spent 17 years putting this "world" together and someone tries to snatch it off the internet and you get nothing in return! IT IS WRONG!!!!!

No. The book is copyrighted for the life of the author, J. K. Rowlings, plus 100 years. So no one can put it on the internet while you're still alive. Best to wait for a cheap paperback.
