My ex swears that it is illegal to name a gardian for your children in a will because it is considered slavery. I know that this is completely, retardedly, false. However, he will not believe me unless I have an answer that is credible. I am from Minnesota. He says that this includes several states. I have tried to research this matter several times on the internet but to no avail. I want to name a gardian for our daughter in my will. I think he is just trying to scare me into not going through with it though. What do you think?

ok so theres a boy.
he lives like 30 mins away from me.
We met at the fair bc he shows cows and i show llamas..well last year he always smiled at me and we always made eyecontact..
so i tlked to my dad bc he is incharge of 4h and he knows him and his parents. I ask my dad is he a good guy for me? and he said i wouldnot mine u dating him..so know that both of my parents know.i want to tlk to him..thing is i have no way of tlking to him inless i ask my dad for his info in 4h..one i think that is wrong and two idk if i can bc i am a shy person.

My fiancee and I have issues and we work them out. However we have a issuet that is more constant so I am asking for help.The issue: My fiancee wants to get married this year, we have been together for 5 years, engaged for 1 year. We are in college, I am a graduating senior (May 3rd, 2008) and she is a first semester senior, if things go right she will graduate in the Fall. I am moving in May to my new job, but she wants to get married in april of 08'. I want to wait till April 09' to have time to graduate, get my foot in the door of my job, and a reduction of stress. I want to give her a nice quality wedding that will be fun and rememorable. So I am asking how to break it down so she understands without an attitude. I have already told her straight.

I hadnt contacted an ex friend for months and then sent him a Merry Xmas text even though my buddy said 'don't'

I got nothing back

It's not like I have been bothering him i hadnt text'd him for a very long time but I got a woosh of Xmas spirit and text him anyway

Feel like a fool I realize this is not that serious (ie one text after a month or two) but when I received nothing back I just sit here and wonder what a fool he thinks I am.

I am fixated on it

He was a friend I met several months ago I fell for him and we parted company because he didnt feel the same. I am a little obsessed with him. I am in counseling but even my therapist is getting a bit bored and exasperated with it!!! LOL

I had a debate with my brother on this. Which has more digestible protein, a pound of egg? or a pound of hemp seed? I looked for a broken down chart given me percentage or some other measurement of this and cannot find one. I heard once that hemp seed has more digestible protein than any other natural source.

Truman was the last great Democrat the United States of America will ever have. If anyone attacked the US, they knew Harry Truman would strike back with an atomic bomb and blow their country into a parking lot. Many say Kennedy was great, but Kennedy was a joke who won the presidency based on his looks and his father's mafia support, not because of his intelligence or leadership skills (or lack thereof). Clinton was having sex with his interns instead of hunting down Osama.

Ok well i have a dell inspiron 6000. About days ago the screen would just go black when the computer is on. You can still see all the icons and stuff its just like the brightness went away. Now on startup my screen goes black i can see the dell image and the screen goes black i can still see it startup but very dark like there is no brightness. The laptop is not overheating either.

please do not post stuff like "dell sucks"
