At my school they call people with big foreheads (mainly somalians) spam heads. Or that they've got a 'spam'
I also know it is canned pork..
So any guess, why they call big foreheads spam ?
And NO its got nothing to do with skin colour.

maybe...and I don't hang with the morons you seem to have come in contact with...but I'd guess it has something to do with the appearence, i.e. complexion, of the mystery-meat-in-a-can!

I've heard of that Spam in a can but never ate it. The only other spam I know is the bad mail that comes to my inbox.
