Hello, I have received a ticket today. I passed on red light 55 on 40 right in front of a cop. He stopped me, I was extremely nice to him. So he decided to give me a ticket only for passing on a red light. He told me it will only one point on my record. Although DMV Alabama site says it is 3 points. Whom should I believe? I have couple of questions to people who know about tickets.
1. Will it affect my insurance, if yes do you think it is going to be very high? I am 19 living in Alabama.
2. I have looked at ticket and it looks like police officer made a mistake copying my name, twice, last name and my fathers name. I am an international, a lot of people make mistake writing my name. Does ticket still count?. If it doesn't count will that officer be punished for writing my name wrong? Because he was very nice to me, we even shook hands :))). It happened when I was 10 years old..(im 16)
but..it was at night time and I was in bed..and all of a sudden I saw something peeking in the door of my room, and i'm not even sure if it was a person..but it was something black..like..i dunno it's pretty hard to explain..but it was wearing like a black robe..you couldnt even see a face..because it was black..and i put the cover over my face because i was scared..what do you think it was..and no..i wasnt hallucinating..

I found out that the lien was only for that day,Nov. 27, but the bank would not even let me pull out ten dollars for food, bills,so on.I had to borrow money from friends for this.Of course I was in real bad shape stresswise.The bank refused to call the IRS to find out what was right till they were made to.I sure think this is a case of mental anguish! What would anyone feel like if you knew you were paid but the bank wouldnt even let you touch ten dollars of it.Also I got a NSF notice but got a refund of it and the bank wrote a note Lien Error!! well if any lawyers out there I cant pay unless case is won but the bank definitely was in the wrong and proof is everywhere, even from the bank!!

OK. I searched excersizes to get rid of love handles, and some said don't do side twists, or bends. Some said do that! I am so confused. I do not need to worry about the diet, I eat very healthy. I am 5'3 and 107. But, I have some flabish thing on my side! Please help! PLEAAASE!

I was trying to bake something in my oven, so I turned it on and set the temp. I waited for it to heat up since the 'on' light was on, and it worked earlier today. When I opened it up, however, I noticed that I couldn't hear it turning on and that it wasn't heating up. I have a gas-powered Whirlpool oven that I have no idea how to fix, but before I hire someone to look at it, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to check or what may be wrong.

Last night I asked about two songs and the first poster was able to help me. Unfortunately, I have even less information on this new song I am looking for help on. I know its a male singer and I want to say an "older" male singer. The song is about a son who had been taught to walk away from fights by his father so he wouldn't get into trouble like his father did. His girlfriend was raped and her name was Becky. He took his father's picture down and went and beat the crap out of the guys who raped his girl. It ends with him telling his father that sometimes a man has to fight. the side effects include mild hallucinations, really bad dry mouth and being constantly thirsty to the piont i'm drinking nearly 7 to 8 liters of water a day, a loss of appetite, shaking, and my resting heart rate is 107 which i no it isn't normal for a healthy 17yr old girl! this i don't think is due to Naprosyn! so i don't not what to do beacuse if i don't take the acupan i can't walk/bend down and i'm in excrustating pain and my doctors are not open for another week beacuse of christmas? anyone that can help me i'll would be very greatfull!?!?!

I have got bugs and they are driving ME buggy! They are black, and are about the size of (maybe a bit smaller than...) a grain of rice. They crush very easily, and do NOT fly. They started out in a box of croutons (I think?!?) and have spread to any food I have open, and lately, to my bathroom towels, dirty clothes hamper, pots and pans, bathroom tissue paper, even my sheets, both on my bed and clean, folded ones in my closet! Each time they show up my hubby and I wonder where they are coming from and what can be done about them??? I've sprayed for them (temporary solution), and still they "live on". I've bathed my dog, but don't think he has anything to do with them. They just appear...sometimes crawling up the walls or going in the cracks by the baseboards! They're driving me nuts! Any ideas as to what they are and how to get rid of them?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
