Another victim of popular culture. The mark is not a "micro-chip" implanted anywhere in your body. The right hand is symbolic of a person's works; the forehead is symbolic of a person's mind. Simple as that.

The bible clearly states this mark will be on the right hand or the fore head.
As for being a bio chip, I still am not a believer as to if it will be the mark. Though the odds are good it will be.
The thing is that the mark is going to have to be something that is branded onto the flesh, a permanent mark. So even if a hand has the mark, and is cut off, the hand is still the property of it's owner regardless if it would be severed from the body or not.
So it could very well be the bio chip. Yet, until they start saying that a particular mark is put on a man and it must be put in one of the two places listed above, the right hand or fore head, I wouldn't worry. Yet, I still wouldn't accept the bio chip or any other mark regardless.

No, and don't necessarily count on the Mark to be the number 666. It is possible that this is just a reference to the devil in human form, as Jesus called Judas Iscariot a devil in John 6:71.
Why would God make it so easy to identify the beast? Revelations is a mystery of symbolism that is not meant to be fully understood by any man, and never has been. There have been hundreds and thousands of interpretations but can anyone say that even one of them is correct?
John 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

The Bible states the mark will be in the forhead or in the right hand but also states you will not be able to buy or sell without it . So the chip could be possable as it could be scanned , and also give more of your info. But no matter when it comes if still around , for a while you will be able to go along with out it. But then it will be forced if yes you belong to satan if no you could be beheaded

The government will be giving them out for free, and don't worry, you soon won't believe that it's the mark of the beast because you'll be manipulated into thinking that's actually quite helpful. You see, allowing yourself to believe in absurdities like the belief that the word of the bible is real, you're allowing yourself to be manipulated by those in control.

There is no evidence that the mark of the beast is a microchip. Most scholars say it is a ritual of embracing evil and selfish indulgence and relinquishing personal freedom, where a mark of some kind is received.

My best guess is that people will receive the mark of the beast while resisting the micro chip.
