I was involved in a multiple rear end collision in CA. I was the middle car of the 3 cars involved in it. I saw the truck in front of me suddenly brake and come to a near stop. I started to brake as well. As I was getting to stop, I felt a bump from behind and I realised I have been hit from behind. Then I hit the truck in front of me. I have extensive damages to my car , the truck in front of me has little damages. My questions is who would be held liable for the accident? The two collisions were just instances apart and I can't say for sure which one happened first. But I m planning to tell my insurance the rear collision happened first. Can I be held liable for making a wrong statement? I can say I wasn't sure which one happened first, but I have been told by people to make only firm statements to the insurance companies. Any advice on this will be very useful. Thanks!

I am getting ready to leave my boyfriend of almost 2 yrs, we have a beautiful baby boy together. I truly love him, but he can not seem to stop running around on me, and I can not sit around and be hurt any longer. I am afraid that his family will try and get custody of my son, because they are very attatched to him. Does anyone have any advice for me, on just starting over and about this whole custody issue.

What is your sexual fantisy involving only one woman?

My parents are divorced and I rarely see my dad. It's so awkward buying him something for Christmas. I have no money. I asked him what he wanted today and he said nothing and told me to save my money. I feel bad, because he is probabl getting me something nice. What do I do?? Can I just give him nothing? I have this theory that sin effects the environment. I don't know why I think this I just do. It seems when ever sin is great in a land the earths environment gets thrown into chaos. I don't think God does this but I think that when sin is practiced it gives powers to Satans dominion and as a result Satan gains control over the weather in that region. I just saw a car get blown into another which hit another car one which badly injured a man. God is in control of everything so why such violence in weather?

I am looking to purchase with a friend an 18 acre field, and we will own half each. Although we will share it, we want to divide it exactly in half with fencing in case of any future problems. the field is an irregular shape, although all the fence lines are straight. We would like to divide it with one straight fence. How do we work out where to put it?

Okay, so I had to do a complete system restore on my computer this morning and I lost everything. I started with a UTI on 12/3, saw a dr. & filled the prescription. 12/4: I got my period on time, very "brown", not as heavy as mine usually are, "spotting" lasted about 9-10 days! Went back to the dr. (a different one, as I'm home from college now) on Fri. 12/21 b/c I woke up Thursday urinating blood and not feeling well... the UTI did not go away, she prescribed more meds. Fri. night, I ended up getting my period AGAIN (about 10 days early)! It's very dark and thick (TMI, sorry) and mostly comes out after I use the bathroom, then it stops. The dr. asked if pregnancy was a possibility. I actually had tested on or around the 12th and it was negative. I'm calling the dr. again tomorrow & will probably make an appt. w/ the gyno, but available appts. are typically 2-3 weeks after you call. Any ideas or input? I'm terrified, and just feeling exhausted and sickly overall.
