It's really hard. Especially if your girl cheats on you with you bestfriend. In my case I didn't. Some do spying some get revenge sex. My advice is sit down and talk about the problem.
Ask what went wrong and work from there. Don't spend too much time around her coz it could have you thinking more of what happened but not too lil time that will make you think the same.

You may never put the actual "Trust" back into it, but either the two of you need to move on together, or apart. It depends on how much you lover her, or if you can live with that sort of relationship. There are worse things.

Well it's very hard and it's a long process. For some people it never goes away. They will always think that you are cheating or they will always remember that you cheated. The cheater has to prove themselves. They need to show that they can be faithful and they need to change their ways and behaviors.

First, you need to see if this relationship is worth saving. This may take a while to find out but it will be worth it.

If you decide to go on with the relationship, you need to give your partner the oppertunity to gain your trust back. This can be terrible for your partner, but if they are willing to go through with it, it will be worth it.
