There are some good and bad reviews. I've never had any problem with them, they delivered as promised. I would consult with consumerreports.org or pcmag.com, both are good sources. I use these whenever I have any questions or need some advice on computers or related technology. Try going to epinions.com for tons of user reviews and go to froogle.com for best prices.

www.tigerdirect.com is a legit website. They have been around for some fifteen plus years. I have purchased from them many times with no problems. I have purchased mostly computer parts. Purchase and return policy is excellent as well as customer service. Always compare prices first. Good luck.
