first of all how the heck did u get so many spider bites?! they could be mesquitos but anyways...i would try nesporin or go to a drug store like cvs or walgreens and ask one of the workers the best kind of anti itch or bug bite medicine they have. you also have to stop itching! i know its hard but try your best because it only makes it worst
good luck

Use an ice cube, a cold washcloth, calamine lotion, a paste of baking soda, or an over-the-counter hydrocortisone ointment. For mosquito or other minor bites, apply calamine lotion.
hope this helps!

Saturate a cotton ball with white vinegar (or cider vinegar if you don't have white) and dab the bites. Don't rub! If a minute or two you should feel relief.

maybe calamine lotion will work.
i always use the wal-mart off-brand benadryl in the pink and white box. it stops the itch, but it makes you fall asleep.
try the wal-mart brand chlortabs if you dont wanna go to sleep.
