Is a top school that costs around 50,000 per year worth it? Say any ivy league school for someone who wants to enter the finance industry or management/strategy consulting.

is it worth it if you have to get loans?

and how much aid would you expect for a family with a yearly income of $200,000 and two kids in college.

I hate being middle class. The middle class gets screwed over for financial aid.

I mean people you don't know and who just joined that day or the day before adding you to their contacts?

This has happened to me 4 times this week. I blocked them just in case. With 2 of them there were a string of new contacts including women here in GWS.

I thought you may want to know.

My friends are saying I should get a dog but I am out of the house 6am-6pm. Do you think an older dog would be OK? Any suggestions? Would a cat be better? Would love to get a pet but just don't know if it would be practical or fair. And I'm not into fish or snakes or other "stuff" Thanks

She doesn't want me to see one of my friends because she says she's not comfortable with my friendship.

The girl she's talking about is a close friend of mine. We use to go out casually, and we use to have feelings for each other. But now we're just friends; and she has a bf as well. However, we still do alot of "couple" stuff. We have dinners, lunches, going for random drives, I do get her soup when she's sick, she and I have both called in sick at work to spend the day together (we're both busy people), and we still kiss, but it's a quick peck, nothing long.

I can see why she's upset at me, but to me she's just a good friend. My gf doesn't want me to see my friend again.

My gf is very pretty, but so is my friend...oh and my gf hates my friend, and my friend hates my gf as well. They are never in the same room....also my friend doesn't want me in the same room as her bf....I definately can see why my gf is upset.....

Should I do what she asks?

My sister is married to a real SOB. His soul purpose on this earth is to procreate (according to him) and women are NOTHING but baby factories. Here in lies the first part of the problem... he's avoiding doing his taxes because he defaulted on my sister's student loans SEVERAL years ago (only about $700 because he told her she couldn't go). He doesn't want to "lose" that money.
Now, they have a daughter who is starting college... now he's refusing to do the taxes so she can submit her FAFSA. She's an honor roll student, aced her SAT's, and is dead set against EVER being a baby factory in any sense of the word.
Both parents have jobs with the state, so that she can get the information online and fill out a 1040 to submit with the FAFSA, but we aren't sure if she will get in trouble or not for doing it that way.
Can she do this? or is there some CHEAP way to make the SOB do what's right? ie: turn him in for tax evasion?

I'm a new mom and got the PARAGUARD IUD 6months ago. My period has been on time and Very Perdictable since I've had it, I had sex for the 1st time in over a year this past Dec. 3, 2007 I'M SUPPOSE 2 B ON MY PERIOD RIGHT NOW and I'm not! I'm guessing my period is stopping due to the IUD Lord knows I don't want to be and better not be pregnant. I just wanna kno how many ladies have stopped having periods after or b4 6months on PARAGUARD.

So my husband and I agree to separate and do custody with our daughter. Man I was so relief. I never felt so happy in my life. This man gived me some hard time and he has some bad habits that he need to get check individually. I think he prefers the single life. He doesnt like anyone telling him anything & swing topics on you fast. So I ask him, do you really want to divorce me, he said no, but I need to sit and think about it because he saw we light up when he mention separate. I love being around him but we never go out and he always said I kill the moment when Im around his friends. If Im quite he question it, if not he still does. I dont get it. Marriage counselling? He doesnt want to put up the money so he's like, we could just live in the same household, and just be finacial buddies because I know when your finish school, you will prob. end up leaving. OMFG. Men. Thats the stuff that would make you want to. He's out now with his bf at a pajammer party.. :@

so yea i told my friend i wanted to get started in D&D and he buys me a booster pack instead of a starter set, and this one miniature i got is call "shuluth,Archvillain" and it came with a regular card and an "Epic" card........... whats the difference...... thnx.
