David,
If you become a tutor, you'd be tutoring people older than yourself. In some cases. Therefore, you would have to be pretty smart and mature. AND understand what it takes and that it is going to be hard to find a job because most people would want someone older and more experienced to do the job.
I'm sorry, sweetheart but life is tough. Although, if you really wanted the job just put up some flyers nearby to advertise and ensure you include the conditions.
Sorry! :P

If you excel at any of your subjects, then you might put up a sign at school stating that you are willing to tutor and give your name and phone number, also mark down fee is negotiable. This way, you are not locked into one amount, and maybe you'll get some students whom you can help and get paid for it.

Get older first, and have great grades. You could ask your teacher if you could volunteer to tutor younger children now so you will have a track record in a few years to use for references.

Unless you're some kind of genious, chances are you can't right now. Just keep studying stuff and when you get into high school, it will be a lot easier and people will trust you to help more. Some schools have a volunteer mentorship program, so you could get some experience from that.

Put up flyers at grocery stores or something. I got babysitting jobs that way. Make sure you put them somewhere where parents go a lot because most likely, it's the parents who will be looking for tutors for their kids, and not the kids themselves.

only if you know anyone who is willing to pay you to tutor their son/daughter cuz i think ur too young for ppl to take you seriously on tutoring. they would prob go for an adult or an upper classman in high school. idk lol but you could try advertising youself thru flyers, ask your friends to spread the word, etc
good luck :)
