My girlfriend and I will be heading over to Denver for a week or so around New Year's. I was wondering what kind of attractions there are in Denver (and the surrounding area) that are not your typical tourist fare. I was thinking of places where significant events have occurred, or places where a Midwestern, Coloradan vibe exists--places with a story, but not one that is packaged neatly for tourists (the existence of giftshop souvenirs at the attraction is probably a quick test for that cheesiness I want to avoid). Activities that border on urban exploration, if anyone knows of any, would be of interest as well...

Thanks in advance!

Okay. My brother, who's a big fan of shopping online over coffee shop wifi, just had his credit card number stolen and used. Apparently, the guy used it to do a lot of shopping online and through catalogues. Here's what I don't get: how is this not the stupidest crime ever? Couldn't the credit card company just track down the addresses stuff was shipped to and have the guy arrested? Or do these people have some way to make sure that doesn't happen? It just seems like a really, really stupid thing to do--not to mention dang inconsiderate of my darling bro.

I'm not happy with my life and myself. I'm at the age where most people atleast know who they are or have a personality, but not me. I'm a 22 year old introvert, and I have been an introvert for the pass 7 years. I don't have any friends or anything. I'm looking to change that, and be comfortable with myself enough to open up with people. What kind of personality should I try to develop where everyone likes me and wants to be around me? Whatever personality I have now isn't working.

One of our neighbors boasts he does not believe in God - or Jesus - or anything Biblical. That is fine - to each his own. We all have a right to believe or not believe as we see fit. But, he is the first on our block to erect giant Christmas scenes, flashing lights, and he even put that annoying wreath on the grille of his mini-van. Could he be a closet-Christian or is he just a hypocrite ?

the size is only 4 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. I got this as a gift with chocolates inside. Would it look stupid to carry as a handbag, because sometimes all I need to carry is money, and I hate carrying a large bag, when I dont have any pockets on me.
What do you think?

It is completely right if someone doesn't agree with it then just don't do it don't push your crap beliefs on me. It is because of religion that this is illegal (i love Oregon) the government could make a deal with the life incuranse companys but they would lose all vote of super religious people

Anybody have any educated guesses on when it's coming? I want a 5D but I see no reason in buying one now if it's about to be replaced... besides the tremendous price drop on the 5D. Thanks.
