a man with 60y has infective endocorditis(streptocoocus viridanse) treated with vancomycin for 2months and symptoms back again the doctor tell me that new TEE show 4 vegetation on mitral valve but wbc count is 6000 so he suggested that its an old infection and itsnt endocorditis.(all symptoms found)
Is that tru?if isnt sould i have a surgery?

I am trying to buy 50,000 (50 cases of 1000 bulk) gold coloured plastic medium/heavyweight teaspoons. Getting quotes from manufacturers in China is cost prohibitive. There must be a company in America that already imports them and sells them - BUT - how to find them???? Got any leads??

Well I can say I am Honored to be an American but not proud. I lay down my pride. I know even being a American brings on problems, and yes the word free is a 2 syllable word meaning meaning freedom oppisite of slavery. But also being born a American, not boasting about it so don't get me wrong, it can have it's bad points to. Nothing last's forever, soon earth will pass away. A new Heaven and a new earth is what you should be looking forward to if you are truly right with Him. Who want's to pass through the gates of Heaven? I have gotten this question my whole life! My voice and the way I talk has been a point of ridicule for me my whole life. Other blacks would point out I sounded like poindexter-I hated that!

Why is it when you use the correct grammar and you don't speak with slang it's talking as if you are white? There is no such thing is there?

Even grown folks would ask "What's wrong with your voice?" "You didn't grow up around blacks?" Then they would ask my grandmother "Why does she talk like she's white?"

What's that supposed to mean? I grew up around people!

I would appreciate feedback. Are there others out there that have suffered ridicule and embarassment because you talk differently?

This is not a racist question but for those that find this offensive-then just don't answer. This is a legitimate question based off of legitimate experiences.

Hello friends,
I'm using 849NU plan of MTNL Broadband since 1 month. Now I'm getting about 185 KB/s speed for normal(FTP) downloads but all P2P softwares including torrent can go to maximum of 25 KB/s.
I've opened ports for all these softwares.

Please tell me if change in configuration of router will sort things or this the same thing with all of you?

I dreamt we were friends. We were travelling around the country. She was campaigning and I was trying to talk some sense into her. It was like talking to a brick wall.
