See if there isnt a law that he is breaking, you know, something like ..harrassment. Because it is harassing when he is taking you to court every time you turn around. He is also wasting court time and money buy doing it. What ever you do, dont back down from him. Stand up and continue to fight him. You are in the rights. The number off times you've won shows that. Eventually the courts will see this and stop him. Good luck.

countersue him for harassment and emotional distress. Document everything. See a counselor (more than once) and tell them what distress this is causing you. Have the counselor appear as an expert witness. Write a letter to the judge asking for some mercy. File a restraining order against him. Build a new concrete patio and insist you don't know where he went.......... ;)

Well thats the million dollar questions. If you turely want it to stop . your going to have to go down to the court and file a paper for harris. paper becuase of all the trails. When you go to court take every trail he has put you threw. Like it if was thrown out or dismissed or whatever. When you go back to the judge show him what been going on. If he's getting in a court room there must be some truth to his accusations. Look in the mirror.

he still loves you and has not accepted that it is over.. he wants to still be near you and that is the only way that he can, suggest some grief counseling and then explain that it is over and that this is not the way to go about a healthy relationship from here. if he says no then get a restraining order against him and then they suits will stop..good luck

If it continues and the allegations or reasons for him taking you back to court are obvious, start suing him for attorney's fees. That should put an end to it.

Document his behaviors and get a social worker to assist you so that you will have a witness of his frivolous behavior. Good luck to you!

My guesses are that there are kids involved? If so, that makes things trickier. As far as trying to make him stop....Good luck, seems he's hell bent on making your life miserable.
