It also worsens if i sleep in certain positions. I have not broken my ribs that's for sure.. the pain is inside.. Any respose will be appriciated.. Thanks

i have also suffered with this situation and its the worst case of cough really. take some good professional advice immidiately. well herbal and auyurvedic medicines are the best if cough has reached this level.

You may want to double check that its not a broken rib, the body manifests the pain to it in different places. You may have also pulled a muscle. Try a yoga or pilates class to stretch all the muscles in your chest. Go see your doctor if you are in pain, do it TODAY or you will have to suffer thru Christmas or even New Years. It could be a problem inside your lungs that needs to be addresses ASAP. Be proactive, this is the only body you get, so take care of it. Hope you feel better. Happy Holidays.

its probably a pulled muscle. I would take something like Alleve or Motrin. Also try to apply a heating pad. Of course if it continues or gets worse see a doctor.

sounds like you have a little bit of a cold also it could be do you?if you do it could be developing into phenmonia in your right lung i would go to the doctor just to get a check up or to the clinic just to be on the safe side.

It could be a costochondral muscle spasm.It can be avoided by supporting the place with ur hand. Can use an analgesic ointment with hot fomentation.
