Like, what changes did she initiate?
I know she wrote about alot of stuff. Like food packing industry, and child labor. but did any of her work actually go to help America at that time?

so basically, she didn't effect her time very much? am i right?
not to say she wasn't influential. She was, but she didn't impact HER time?

Mother Jones was famous as a labor leader, especially active in working for the rights of coal miners and other miners. She did do some writing, notably her autobiography, but was mostly famous as a public speaker.
I think it's a stretch to say she didn't impact her time, but it's true that in her life (although she lived to a very old age) she was a radical and most of her goals for worker's rights became reality only after her death.

She was involved in the organization of labor unions and she was also a Socialist.
