I am getting divorced & in my 12 yrs of marriage we ruined my credit with stupid mistakes. My husband had horrible credit when we got married and I had no credit so over the years we destroyed mine. My credit report has everything from write offs and non payments to a repossesion 4 yrs ago. How can I start over and rebuild good credit.

Also,
How long will it take for everything to come off my credit report.

My goal is to be able to buy a home for my children if I can ever get this mess cleaned up.

I live in a extremly rural area. Often people will drive by my neck of the woods and dump dogs at night. Many of these dogs are a serious nusiance. They destroy livestock and property. Many live wild for months because of local poultry houses have a compost bin for dead chickens. These dogs dig the chickens out of the bins and eat parts of them leaving much of the "parts" scatered around my property.
They attack livestock and have done thousands of dollars of damage to mine and neighbors farms.

I have tried taking some to shelters but they are to full and will not accept them. I have tried also to give them away free in the paper and bulitin boards in town. I have carried some to town in a cage and tried to give them away. No one wants them.

I can't handle them there is to many. There is no dog catcher in my area. I have called the sheriff and it took 8 hours to get a deputy out here just to tell me he can't do anything.

Many Christians don't believe the theory of evolution is possible. They say things like "Evolution is just a theory! Think about it, a tornado going through a scarp yard made a jet. That wouldn't make any sence. The "Big-Bang", putting us 93 million miles away from the sun. No that would make sence either. First how are we learning math and all these weird numbers. And Nothing comes from Nothing..." <-----unedited

This, to me, either suggests a lack of effective intelligence, a lack of creative ability, an unwillingness to think for themselves or more likely all of the above.

Is the same mental mechanism that allows Christians to believe that evolution is impossible the same mechanism that allows them to be unabashedly Christian in the first place?

I mean they voted on the name, so they too should have threatened with death. Or because they were Muslims it didn't apply. It seems that Muslims have 2 standards, Muslims and non-Muslims. Did the parents of these students get in trouble?

The family who lives behind me owns a male cat, I'm guessing is about 7 or 8 years old. Everyday he comes in my yard wanting food (he is very fat for his size) and if I do not feed him he sits on my front porch, puts his head against my door and meows very loudy. He will not stop until he is fed. Other than that he is very loveable and sweet and I have grown attached to him. Now instead of feeding him scraps I bought him some canned food and feed him that. Do you think it is wrong of me to feed him?

Recently, my cat has been very bad about scratching her claws and pulling them on my carpet. She usually does it very early in the morning (about 2:00) and I don't know how to stop it. When she does it, I usually just snap and say no, then close my eyes and fall back asleep. Sometimes she'll stop when I say no, but minutes after I fall back asleep she's at it again! She won't use the scratching post I bought her, the other cat does! What do I do about her?

I recently got fired because of a ***** of a duty manager complaining about me eating a sandwich I hadn't paid for (no money).I'm currently appealing against the "formal dismissal" but the big problem is (as you all know) it's right before Christmas so I can't get Christmas temp. jobs let alone permanent part-time work.

So two things:
1. How long should I leave it before I actually check they've got my appeal letter? (It's been four days now)
2. ANY ideas for making money? (Besides selling my body/ sperm/ organs etc, didn't turn out well the last couple of time =P jokes)

my stomach keeps on growling even after i eat...and i do eat enough..thts till my stomach is full even my diet is perfect...this has been happeneing since the past 2-3 months...i went to the doc...but everything in vain...this happens esp. in the morning and night..people say eat more...i do eat properly...but i cant understand why this is happening...what should i do

I mean God can flood the world but he can't flood hell or get rid of it? I'm pretty sure if he does that then he will have nothing to worry about us having hate in our soul.

He is a powerful man so why doesn't he put that in good use. What is God doing for us now? Think about it? Is he making you go to school to get a good job? Is he making you become a good football player and make millions? Just think about what he is doing for us.

If he has all these powers why doesn't he use it against Satan?

I don't know much about the story behind all of this hence the question.

For the past three weeks or so, I have had a really painful heel. There is a pea sized, slightly red spot on the back and there is a hard area all around it which hurts when pushed.

It's not just hard skin - I have tried treatments for that - and I'd like to know what it is as it hurts! And if anyone knows, what can I do to help it?

I've looked up a few things, like plantar fasciitis, and it doesn't seem to have the right symptoms. Please help!

and the bloke started pushing the woman/girlfriend/wife/ etc about? would you step in?
because i did about an hour ago,and do you know what thanks i got?....the woman blumming turned on me,so much for trying to save a damsel in distress? im getting him to lay off her and she started on me then for pushing him about.
never again ,have you tried been a good samaritan and it turned sour?
