Park their car on one end and use it for target practice with the buggies as the ammo.
I saw a lady put a buggy right next to the car next to hers after she was done the other day, so I pushed the buggy behind her car so she couldn't back out without hitting it.......she got out, shot me a nasty look and pushed the buggy to where they belong and didn't say a word!

I am a huge fan of stores that make you leave a quarter to unlock a cart. Those buggy leavers with no doubt take it back for a quarter.

I don't know but there should be something. As a cashier, I get tired of seeing people just turning them loose because our parking lot is somewhat slanted and then one of us have to chase after the carts..

OMG... you found my ex-brother-in-laws car (seriously)!!! I think they should have to be the ones to park the buggies for the next year and have to ride mopeds.

There should be more places to put the buggy or if it hits their cars they shouldn't complain.

I say we take away their gas peddle and make them use their feet like fred flintstone...that car is WAY too nice for them.
