My chimney fell onto another persons vehicle, I had no homeowners insurance at the time. They are now sending me the bill and threatening legal action. What is the worst case scenario for me? The claim is approx $5300. thank you

Why do people make such a big deal of Ah-Friggin-Mericans? What makes us apart from everyone else in the world? How can someone tell that I am american just by one post about deep frying a turkey? besides that,... What makes people be able to tell and american from any other yahoo poster?

History on my dad: He wasn't around for 7+ years- He is a cokehead and he drinks all day everyday. HE NEVER HELPED OR PAID CHILD SUPORT. HE NEVER TOOK ME TOO SCHOOL AS A KID OR BOUGHT ME ANYTHING FOR SCHOOL. HE HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING FOR ME.

I was laid off from my job a couple of months ago, and my dad told me that I could move in, while I looked for a new job.( Mother said I could not move in) What I didn't expect was a completly whimped dad.

He does everything for his wife. If she asks for aomething, she gets it. No question asked. Dad and I use too go out too baseball games and hang out, but now she has too be invovled in everything he does??? If she doesn't get her way, she complains and runs upstairs like a baby. If my dad is going too the store and I ask too go, so I can buy my own food, he said yes, then she asks, and I have too stay home.( he has a truck- 2seats) Could you do me a great favor and expalin this realtionship too me? thanks.

Many of Terrys classmates in highschool were drafted and served and died in Viet Nam while Terry used a deferment to play football. I would like to know how many people feel this was fair. i know the liberals Slick Willie Clinton dodged it too but that does not make it right. Show of hands?

We just built a new house which should be ready December 28th, 2007 for move in and we are relocating from Florida to Georgia. We were issued our new address but it seems that this address do not exist yet. We are moving away in 72 hours and how could I possibly even put my mail on mail forwarding when the new address seems to be nonexistent when I try to do the mail forwarding online at the postal web site. What should I do and who should we contact to verify this new address?? We do not want our mail lingering on back here in Florida while we're gone. We want to protect our personal information. We've already taken him to the vet and they gave him some medicine but he's not taking it....we managed to get him to eat some of the meds but he's throwing everything up, even water! What are his chances of surviving? He's very thin and in his vomit I can see little bits of blood. The vet just told us to keep giving him the meds..... :( HELP! What are his chances?

I was raised as a rather devout Southern Baptist and I still do not know. I went to Church Camp every summer, Church on Sunday morning, night and Wednesday night. I read my Bible and all the Bible stories. I memorized my verses and the names of the Books of the Bibles but was never really taught what the faith was. Part of my problem with it was the fact that they believed that IF one was saved then it didn't matter what one did one was going to Heaven. Caused my dear Mother a world of pain that one at my grandfathers hands.

so im 18 and im basically like a little kid.
i think i am currently on a delay of maturity... so for starters im just learning how to drive.i know,wtf right.i always get a ride from my parents and i feel like a 5 yr old everytime. so i finally took the written test and my driving thing is next month,yay!. other than that, im jobless too. my life is like a sad sad story. i don't have a bank account,which i should be having by now. and i owe $1500 on my credit card which my parents dont wanna help me with.so basically,i had a bad start on turning 18. all im asking is, how do i become like an adult?? i want real responsibilities,my own place,my own car,outta debt.i know im asking for a lot of answers.I've been thinking about all the solutions but none are really that good besides to go look for a job but no one would hire me besides Abercrombie&fitch,but they don't pay enough. SO wat do it do??? helpppp

Well It first it was me and my sister. Im 15 and my sister is 9. But then we adopted two boys into out family. 15 (Olliver) and A 16 (Cameron) . I love them there great.
My mom and dad.. then had the big D
Later on my mom fell in love with a guy and they got married. and Joy he had 5 boys!. 9 (Justin) , 14(JJ), 15(Travis), 16(Harry), and 18(Steve).
We live with each other and there is enough room for everyone, but we just cant seem to keep te peace.
-Cameron threw a chair at Justin.
-I got detention at school for shoving JJ into a locker..
-Travis and Olvier keep beating each other up.
-My sister Cursed at Justin
-JJ Threw a pineapple at my head!
-Travis keeps playing pranks on my brothers and Me!
Its a disatser. None stop fightthingg.. Help!.
We all love each other, its not all blood and battle all the time but.. i just want to find away for me to get everyone chill before big blow outs haha.
