She no doubtly has the intelligence to do the work and pass, but she herself will come out and tell you that she's lazy!! I have tried everything to motivate her from grounding her, bribing her, talking with teachers, signing her homework, etc. I'm seriously at the point of not knowing what else to do and I'm afraid that if this keeps up, she'll eventually drop out of school. In most of her classes, she does ok, but could do better. What raises a red flag for me is that in one of her strongest subjects, Social Studies, the teacher seems to have it out for my daughter and she now has a 17% average in her class. I have tried to meet with the teacher, the guidance counselor, the principal, and still haven't got anywhere!! What should I do?

Ok, well there is this guy that i still love. we broke up because i cheated on him with my ex, and i told him. he was ok with it at first because i told him, but then he left me for another girl. i know he was still mad at me, i'm not stupid. well he got with her, and they had sex(we never did, and we were together for a year.) and he got her pregnet. now there getting married in a week and a half, and i dont know what to do. i still love him and i've left him alone for about 4 months and kept telling myself to leave him alone because hes happy now.

but i dont like this girl. i think that it is pretty weird that she just got out of a bad relationship with a guy and went for my guy(who would do anything to make a girl happy, he's just one of those guys) and convinced him to have sex with her right off the bat. i dont like her. she is just the rebound girl and my ex thinks he loves him. everyone who knows them dont think that she loves him.
what should i do? stop the wedding? what?

My super cool 45lb female dog feels discomfort in her rectal area until the glands just beneath that spot leak out about 1/4 cup of clear fluid. The liquid is mildly pungent but doesn't smell like feces. I don't know what the glands do. The vet says many dogs experience this and they can be surgically removed (very expensive) but I don't think surgery is good for an animal--it's very traumatic and difficult to prevent infection. The alternative is to learn how to drain them myself but that's kinda wierd to me--I didn't get her for that purpose lol. I like cuddling with my dog but not squeezing her butt. What would you do? Should I force my 9 year old step son to help out?

I want to buy a new computer but im not sure if i should get a laptop and an external harddrive or a new desktop for a price around $1300. My current computer is a Dimension E310 with windows xp with an intel pentium 4 proccessor with 504 MB of RAM. Im not sure what video card i have because i dont know how to find out. EVERY atheist question or argument I have seen which attacks Christians or theism has contained false information about both. Apparently, the questioners know a lot about their own world, but very little about the religious world. They pick an occasional quote, they refer to Sunday school simplicities. They are certain of their contrary argument while never realizing that their argument begs a question no one was asking. Example: "If one God is logical, why not lots of gods?" Monotheists worship one god while recognizing that many exist. Perhaps the definition of "god" needs some clarification.

I know science, often way better than the antagonistic atheist or agnostic that I encounter. I also know the Christian bible. I know both sides.

Why don't atheists?

There are numerous stories about atheists setting out to disprove the existence of God and the reality of theism who became believers.

Prove yourselves. Do the research. Disprove god. Then post questions.

we're on a date when this disater happen. while i was fooling around i grabbed his wallet and saw a picture of his ex-girlfriend. i was totally shocked. i was really hurt,but i didn't cry. this scenario happens 3 years ago.but still can't get over it,still the pain is here.
