Most companies outsource to other countries for several reasons. 2 of the big ones are cheaper wages and less regulations on pollutants in air and land. Seeing the World now has taken up the cause of Global warming and cleaning up our eco system shouldn't these U S based companies be held responsible for their actions in regards to pollution and contributing to illegal immigration by the low pay they offer in these countries? I refer specifically to China and Mexico as prime examples. We get a lot of Chinese here illegally believe it or not. Often for use in sex trade. Maybe if something was enforced here regarding these companies to pay a livable wage overseas and beyond our borders they would think twice about outsourcing thus leaving jobs here for us. Also these countries then wouldn't require the billions we give in our tax money to help them clean up their pollutants. Can we regulate something like that? Or is that left up to each country?

I'm sitting here this morning and I'm just feeling profoundly sad. I've got a lot of health issues facing me right now. Serious ones. I've been diagnosed with a precancerous condition of the uterus and the Dr wants to do a Hysterectomy. I've also been diagnosed with C.O. P. D. and I've had trouble breathing all year long: I cannot walk across the room w/o getting out of breath. I don't have a wheelchair or oxygen tank.... It makes going places and doing things really, really hard. I frequently find myself in a great deal of pain or unable to breath. Oh yeah, over the past year I gained another 75 lbs. My thyroid meds weren't working right..... And they recently found a brain tumor. I'm taking a meds for it now. It seems to be working so far. But I still might have to have surgery to get it out. Don't know if it's cancer or not.... I've also got a cyst (pilinidal) that was recently worked on. THe surgery didn't really work and I had a flare up over the past few days.

Hello, is this the Sheriff's Office?"
"Yes. What can I do for you?"
"I'm calling to report 'bout my neighbor Virgil Smith....He's
hidin' marijuana inside his firewood! Don't quite know how he gets it inside them logs, but he's hidin' it there.
" Thank you very much for the call, sir."
The next day, the Sheriff's Deputies descend on Virgil's house.
They search the shed where the firewood is kept. Using axes, they bust open every piece of wood, but find no marijuana.
They sneer at Virgil and leave.
Shortly, the phone rings at Virgil's house.
"Hey, Virgil! This here's Floyd....did the Sheriff come?"
"Yeah!"
"Did they chop your firewood?"
"Yep!"
"Merry Christmas, buddy!

A blonde decides to try horseback riding, even though she has had no lessons nor prior experience. She mounts the horse unassisted and the horse immediately springs into motion. It gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the blonde begins to slide from the saddle. In terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot seem to get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides down the horse's side anyway. The horse gallops along, seemingly impervious to its slipping rider. Finally, giving up her frail grip, the blond attempts to leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot has become entangled in the stirrup, she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head is struck against the ground over and over. As her head is battered against the ground, she is mere moments away from unconsciousness when to her great fortune Frank, the Shoe Mart greeter, sees her dilemma and unplugs the horse.

I have been looking for methods of increasing my sprinting speed only using a treadmill and some weights. I was wondering if doing sprint intervals on a treadmill will work. I found this info on a site:

Treadmill Interval Session (glycolytic 1)
• Sprint Speed: 16-22 km/h (Fastest)
• Recovery Speed: 7-10 km/h
• Incline: 0.5%
• Sprint 60 sec - Recovery 180 sec
• Sprint 40 sec - Recovery 120 sec
• Sprint 30 sec - Recovery 90 sec
• Sprint 20 sec - Recovery 60 sec
• Sprint 10 sec - Recovery 30 sec
• Complete 4 times with 2 min rest between each block (B).

^ I was wondering if this routine could help me with my sprint speed

When Im sober Im normally a very nice, laid back guy, but when I get too much liquor in my system I lose my head.
Yes I know everyone loses thier head when they get too much liquor, but Im a little different.
I smile, laugh and talk to myself. I constantly think about hurting someone or myself. I can be laughing my *** off one minute, then crying the next. Id have to compare it to Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Am I really looney or is the booze just making me think I am?
