I skimmed the article and printed it out for future study and reference. I have had a negative opinion of SSRI's and their efficacy in treating depression for a long time. I have taken them for that purpose. I do not think there is any evidence that a chemical alone can cause a reversal of a feeling (qualia) even though it is known that a chem can cause a feeling (alcohol and LSD for example).

It seems a thorough article. I want to comment by citing an author who wrote a book about how little is known about the human brain.

John Horgan; "The Undiscovered Mind, how the human brain defies replication, medication and explanation."; The Free Press, N.Y. NY, 1999

I appreciate your bringing this article to my attention.

Good luck in your research, good mental health, peace and Love!
