Hi, yes I try to keep all of them. However, everybody's raised in different types of homes. Children usually follow by example, so if they see their parents doing certain mitzvahs then they'll copy them and do it too. About homosexuality there exists a desire for it just like a desire to sleep with animals. Although it is uncommon it exists because there is a Torah prohibition against it which means there's a desire for such a thing. it is definitely forbidden among orthodox Jews.

Personally it is not my place to judge other's. Only G-d can decide who is worthy to enter his kingdom. I try to follow the ways and laws of the bible. Though I am only human and will falter. Some passages I do not want to believe. Some mitzvahs I would not want to still have practiced in my life or anyone else's.
I can only follow what I believe. There may be rules, but even for faith they can be broken.

The 613 laws are for Jews only. Non-Jews are bound by only the seven Noahide laws.
I'm working on the 613, but I haven't done a very good job... yet.

Many of them were of a temporary nature. For example, the sacrificing of animals was temporary. Why? Animal sacrificing pointed to what JESUS would do on the cross. To continue the Sacrificial system would deny JESUS' sacrifice.
There are many more examples. More can be said.
GOD bless

In my country we are required to obey the laws of the Legislative Council - the bible is not recognised by our law-makers.

I don't try to keep any of them. My moral code is based on science, not mythology.
