we usually speak every day or every other day, but the longest it has lasted is five minutes, and im not sure if he knows my last name! we text, but dont speak on the phone, can i say hey do you want to chill at my house? i mean i just want to do homework or watch stupid movies, i dont want to lead him on or be suggestive...is it best to invite someone else along too?

invite a friend or two don't make it equal girls and guys becuase that suggests a date. A group looks social one on one implies interest and you don't want to break his heart you just want to be friends. Have fun enjoy the party and good luck in your new school. That is exciting.

Yeah I would invite a friend to make it more relaxed.But be prepare if theres some awkward quite moments.who knows it could end up being a-lot of fun.

If you did...ummm...that's a little misleading...in your favor!
For the first time, try inviting someone else too, like a mutual friend between the both of you, if you have one.
If you don't like him...why are you doing this lol?
