I know the answers about living in different climates, isolationism etc. However, it seems to me that if we all started out on the Continent of Africa, with the physical and physiological characteristics that are common there, it's a real stretch to think that moving to Norway is going to give us different bone structure, facial features, white skin and blue eyes, plus differences in our blood, i.e. no Sickle cells etc.
Anyone have any other thoughts on this that you want to share?

My objective is to help pluck out talented artists from obscurity, particularly those with severely limited income (living paycheck-to-paycheck), limited education and resources.

By helping showcase their works in front of prospective large design firms, guild members and other similar organizations, we'd help them get the necessary publicity they'd otherwise never have a chance to get.

To qualify, we'd do a background check of income and work history and we'd check their portfolio to see if it's up to par with presentation guidelines.

I'd prefer to have a showing of their works once a month if some businesses would contribute use of their offices or conference rooms for these events (what they'd charge us to 'rent' out the space would be their tax-exempt cost). They can announce it as charitable goodness on their site and we'd do our part.

I've been browsing several IRS forms but don't know which fits this category...Can anyone with years of non-profit expertise answer?

this happened a few years ago, and u may think i'm being silly. They got on well, a little too well and did the dirt on me. i trusted her more than i trusted anyone in the world. i forgave her at the time and we still get on really well. the problem is that ever since i'm so paranoid now that everyone i go out with have the same motive and i'm very ucomfortable with my boyfriends being around her, and getting on well. i don't tell any of my boyfriends this because it'll be me looking insecure, but i am insecure about it. i just want to be able to let go of what happened and not be haunted by it all the time. Did anyone else get told the story of how St Nicholas saved some kids who had been cut up and put in a barrel by restoring their form, and then take it as true without questioning it?
