This is a question for all the dog breeders out there of all breeds.

I read somewhere once that a reputable breeder can be characterized (amongst a long list of other things) as pricing their puppies the same. Not $300 for males and $400 for females. Or $900 for blue eyes, $500 for black and brown.

Everytime I look around at dog breeder websites who seem to have everything that makes them "reputable", such as background checks, vet checks/health guarantees, signed contracts, etc...I still can't think of why gender, coloring, and markings should be included in the price.

Isn't a puppy a puppy, despite all their physical appearance? People say it's for the betterment of the breed and so on, but it sounds to me like getting these "rare" traits just equals a gold mine for a breeder who says they make no profit.

Who's to say a"high quality, rare color" female is any better than the runt in the corner who is almost a year old already about to be a freebie to whoever will take him?

I lost my daughter in a house fire on 8/29/07 she was 12 yrs old. I cannot deal with all the drama of my family. I haven't spoke to my family. I have had to deal w/the loss of my daughter, my home and my family. I need help to be forgiving. Any and all suggestions is appreciated. Right now I stay clear of them all, to heal.

I want to buy a bank-owned property being sold "as is." The house has been winterized (in the NE US) and there is no furnace. I am told I have to put a furnace in before closing, but I am wondering how I will be able to get a home inspection done. Will I have to turn the gas and water on myself? Can an inspection be done without gas an water? My RE agent says don't expect the bank (seller) to turn them on because they have already winterized the house (but we haven't actually heard this from the bank yet).

I found this on the internet, he looks just like that satanist ozzy osbourne in these pictures... what's up with all the incense, trinkets, and the big phallic obelisk out in the vatican courtyard... plus they have dead popes bronzed up inside there, I've been to the vatican lol it's the creepiest place I've ever been! I converted to Christianity about two years ago and I am not very convinced, not only with this religion but any religion now. Somehow now every religion seems man-made to me and that there's nothing Godly about it. I was of another religion, then I legally converted to this, but now I don't want it. Is it possible to get out of it legally?

Making a whip of cords, he drove all of them out of the temple, both the sheep and the cattle. He also poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. He told those who were selling the doves, "Take these things out of here! Stop making my Father's house a marketplace!"

Obviously, Jesus seems to have had some serious issues with his anger management. It may not be a huge sin, but it still a flaw of character which should be treated.
