i am trying to burn some movies i have downloaded on frostwire,how do i get them on to a dvd-r to play in my dvd player?any advice would be great thanks

Firstly your DVD player has to support DVD-R (there should be a logo on the front onf the player, or by the tray

Then you need a DVD writer in your PC and something like Nero, or another DVD Write program.

Then it should be simple.

Unless of course the movies you have downloaded use a codex like DIVX or suchlike, in which case you will also need a coversion tool, like the one below

Use convertxtodvd. So simple.One click to add the file 2nd to convert and burn. In about one & half hours it spits out the DVD ready to play on your home player

You will probably need to convert them to DVD format. The latest version of Nero will do this but it does seem that have operating problems which is why I reverted back to the earlier version

Go and get convertxtodvd http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ best quality converter on the market. Then burn with Nero. Hope this helps.
