I am a school counselor and I work in an office with one other counselor and a secretary. I began working in September and, after 3 months on the job, still feel like I am not part of the team. I ask lots of questions and am usually responed to with a roll of the eyes or a look of confusion. I am not an idiot--I have a MS and graduate cumma sum laude. The head counselor makes most of the decisions (which is fine) but she never tells me about them--she does tell the secretary though. I end up looking like a fool in front of colleagues. She even went so far as to change the testing schedule I was in charge of and did not even bother to tell me she did so, or why. The clencher is that my principal came to me Friday and told me my co-workers do not feel I am being helpful enough. I explained that I am always asking if they need help and am usually told no. I also mentioned that I never received a job description so I do not know what else I should be doing. Any suggestions?

My ex-husband lives in another state and has vacation time in addition to the holidays that are coming up.

He wants to spend time with our daughter who is 15 and just moved in with me. He has asked me twice if he can come and see her and I have said its okay.

However, he still does not know that my daughter and I are living in an apartment on our own separate from my parents. He sent our daughter to me thinking she would be in a home with a family structure. My mother had asked me to move out and so my daughter and I did.

Now, I am not sure of his holiday plans and my parents are putting pressure on my daughter and I to take a road trip with them.

My daughter tried to mention to my ex-husband that we will probably be moving into an apartment and he was very angry and upset at the idea. I know its not his decision to make as long as our daughter is in a safe and healthy environment which she is.

I am thinking its best to leave the decision up to him.

Here is the question and details.
If you believe in eternal torment in a hell, how much time do you spend warning unbelievers each day?

If you really believe you must spend at least a few hours a day on street corners pleading with people and warning them about eternal torment. You can't believe in eternal torment without being consumed with a desire to warn people.

I went out partying in some posh bars in Manchester, and i met this guy who was really sweet and flirty with me.
One thing led to another, and i ended up going back to his really posh house in Hale Barns.
Anyway i slept with him, but i cant remember much. When i woke up this morning, he told me that he was a premiership footballer, but i cant say which club he plays for.

I feel really stupid, and dirty with myself for going with this guy.
He is very good looking, but i dont know whether he's just using me. As you know, many footballers have a reputation with girls. I am not into football, thats why i didnt recognise who he was.

Since i left his house today, he has been constantly texting me, and the occasional call. But i dont know what to do or say.

Can you give me some advice please ?

My wife and I are both pursuing our Master's degree. Since I'm full-time employed, and our only source of income, private schools seem or best and probably only option. We have an under 2 year old daughter, and wish to obtain our degrees before our family grows bigger and we both want to enroll in the same University. After doing some school shopping, we're debating between Strayer and Devry, and would like some input from graduates from both sides. Thanks.

We have been married for a little over 3 years, and have had an ongoing issue about chores around the house. We both work full-time and don't have any kids. I am under the impression that he feels as if he should not have to do chores, unless HE wants to do them. The only thing that he will do when he does is wash the dishes. When I say he washes the dishes, that's what he does. He wipes off the countertops and the stove, but he refuses and I mean refuses to clean and clear all the stuff off the table in the kitchen. Also, he rarely sweeps and never mops the kitchen floor. He usually won't put up all the pantry items either (that were left out). Also, he never throws away leftovers that have been in the refrigerator. If I want it done I have to do it. He will, on occasion, "straighten up" the living room. That involves clearing off the coffee and end tables, straightening the pills up on the couch and maybe vaccuuming but that's it. He never dusts or polishes the furniture.
