How can you lower the bad cholesterol and raise the good cholesterol without drugs? I have diabetes (for 3 months now) also but it is totally under control with diet and exercise and no meds. I eat lean red meat about 1-2 times a week, if at all. I exercise some. I have a job where I sit most of the time although I try to be up and about. I have lost 15 lbs. I stay away from the sugary items, breads, cakes, candy, cookies... no alcohol for last 20+ years. I need some fresh ideas. Thank you.

He didn't get on the ballot last year, but people like Jay Bouwmeester and Zdeno Chara did. Gonchar whipped Chara across the board in last year's stats, and Bouwmeester only had a good +/-. And Gonchar wasn't even a nominee for the Norris last year, even though he got 2nd most points among all defensman (67 to Niedermayer's 69). Gonchar has had 50+ point seasons the past seven seasons, Chara's and Bouwmeester's career high is 43. And even though Gonchar is considered an offensive player, he's still got some of the best defensive skill in the league, i'd say, but lo and behold, Chara and Bouwmeester are on the ballot, and Gonchar is not. okay so everything started out 2 years ago. We had are ups and down moments but this past week i told him that i started talking with my ex friend that is a boy which he hates. My cousin killed herself at 18 before her sentencing, and I have a friend who killed himself the night before his sentencing.

I also had a friend who went back to England before sentencing and ended up dying shortly after that.

Have you lost any friends or family shortly before sentencing?

The government is saying that if your are injured in the line of duty, and you recieved a bonus, but did not complete your contract due to injury (caused by other than your own), you must pay back part of that bonus? Is this correct?
They are saying "because" you didn't complete your contract...
Who says that this person(s) wanted to not complete their contract. The Government fired them after they were hurt on the job. Where is the E.O.?
I was actually kept 6 months after my ETS date so they could medically retire me.
