Cheesy tuna pasta bake. Thats what I'm having! Basically make a simple tomato sauce with onion, garlic, mushrooms and pasata then add a tin a of tuna and some creme fraiche. Cook some pasta and add this to the sauce. Put in a baking dish, top with sliced tomato and grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 mins. Its so lush! Or if not....get a takeaway!

Fondue Night!

Make cheese & white wine fondue for dinner, served with vegetable sticks (asparagus, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, baby corn, carrotts, mushrooms, etc.), rye bread cubes, bread sticks, pears and apples.

Then, make chocolate fondue for dessert, served with fresh strawberries, angel food cake cubes, Cinnamon french toast sticks, mint cookies.

A nice warm hearty soup...chili, split pea, clam chowder, served with warm biscuits, fresh bread, or corn bread. Good for cold & rainy nights too!

I know it's a bit cliche, and certainly not gourmet cuisine, but I love a good, old-fashioned, grilled cheese sandwich. Yum!
