Go to a high-fiber diet with lots of shredded wheat and vegetables. Avoid simple sugars and even fruit because they both have a lot of calories. Stop drinking soda, or at least switch to diet, and drink water wtih EVERY meal and snack.
The vegetables and shredded wheat will move quickly through your system, and bring a lot of systemic buildup with it. Avoiding sugars will reduce your total calorie intake, and the water will keep your system constantly working without taking in calories.
If you really want to start looking good faster though, you have to exercise. If you aren't an exerciser now, you'll see a difference in muscle tone in as little as a week. Even if you are slim, if you don't have tone, you won't look sleek, but a muscular woman with extra body fat can still look firm. Good luck

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you.
