My ex hadn't seen our son since Sept. He lives 4 hrs away. Mon. night I got a text from him saying that he was at his parents & I could bring our son over on Tues. So I took him over there at 5:45 Tues evening. I packed our son enough clothes to stay til Sun. Our divorce agreement states that he gets him Tues. at 6 til Sun. at 6. Yesterday he sends me a text about 6 asking where I want to meet to pick up our son. I told him this was his week & I would pick him up Sun. He says he has to leave & he guesses he will just let our son stay w/his parents since I don't "want him". The thing of it is...I always want our son..& I always have him...I am the one that takes care of him all the time. It seemed to me like he didn't want him & neither did his parents. I feel like they should spend time w/him b/c he misses his dad & loves seeing him. Am I wrong for doing that b/c now I'm thinking about just going&getting him. I just thought that they should share some responsibilities.

I just got finished paying $1300 in repairs, and owner said I need another part and labor would be $500 extra on top of this.

I called him by phone and we do alot of business (whole family of 6 goes in to get serviced by him). He asks if I have a credit card # if I could give him to buy the $300 part over the phone. He said he has no money on him and he owns the business! Then he said come over to his place, and buy the part, pay $300 cash and then to bring my car a couple days later to get fixed.

And we've paid so much in cash every time services were finshined and performed to this owner.

Is he a slither scumbag, or do you find this very suspicious?

one of which cannot be found despite reasonable efforts to find them. how will the estate be devided? Can the executor of the will decide to put the fourth share in the bank , in case he eventually turns up? Or must the estate be devided among the three children who can be found. I have been working with another woman in the pet business (hers) for almost a year. I love the dogs I am working with but working for her has become a nightmare. She is inconsistent and flip flops from week to week and tells me one week that she is going to take the dogs from me because she is broke and needs the money and tells me to find a pt job. So I look for a pt job. The next week she says she didn't say that. I have the emails to prove that she did. She complains to me all the time about her finances and tells me every week to hold my paychecks in case they bounce.
Money wise I am sinking! I want to break out on my own and do the work myself. I am capable and have the ideas to do it. As it stands now, she pays me a % of the client's fee. In other words whatever she wants to pay me.
My question is do I just end with her and give up the dogs I already have with her? Once I do, they are gone, they go back to her. But I just cannot work like this anymore.
