No, better late than never. It's true that it's best to start taking it before you try to get pregnant, but you should take it as soon as you find out your pregnant if you weren't taking it before. The folic acid is very important the first 12 weeks.

You need folic acid all through your pregnancy. I didn't take it until 20 weeks and my little one is just fine. It is never too late to start. But, it is essential to have in your system

You must take a being pregnant test, or simply go to the Dr. They might have the answer concerning the folic acid i don't suppose that it does lengthen your interval. First-rate of luck to you!~

Nope i only found out i was preggo. when i was about 7 weeks preggo. and that's when i started taking it. and according to my doctor the baby is perfect so far. and im 34 weeks now:) Good Luck and Congrats on The little one
