tell her why you don't want to.

You need to be ready to have another reason not to sleep over! Maybe 'you are afraid of her dog' or 'something in her house makes you woozy' - figure it out. Or 'her creepy brother makes you nervous'. Otherwise - 'you got really upset staying at someone else's house so you are not sleeping over anywhere for a while' - but that means you cannot be sleeping over anywhere else for a while, either. You can either find something about her house or family that it does seem safe to tell her is a deterrent or you need to tell her you are not sleeping over anywhere or you need to tell her the truth.

Is there any particular reason to feel like this? If she is really your friend can you not look past whatever it is for just one night?
If not then tell her you are busy. If she continues to ask then maybe the best thing to do would to be honest about it. You might try talking to your mom or older sister & telling her why you don't want to. She may be able to help you sort this out.

tell her that sleeping over is just too much. and tell her like that
1- you're scared of hte dark
2- or maybe that you get sick easily

or if she really is a good friend, tell her that you don't like sleepovers. i don't even like them and whenever someone asks i say my parents want me home.

hope this helps :)

you don't have to hurt her and you know it...tell her your parents will let you come over for a while only...sounds like you want to hurt her cause really, this was a no-brainer. better yet do HER a favor and don't go at all.

Tell her you've got a family get together, you've already made plans, and the simplest one... your parents said no. Those always work for me, particularly saying your parents won't let you go.
