It depends how close your legs are to those you want. But most likely you wont attain something like that in a month.

Maybe do ballet :P
but running and swimming keep my legs in shape, just good cardio work outs like that.

I saw a difference in about 2 months when i started playing waterpolo two or three times a week.

impossible in 1 month, but the lenght of time would be dependent upon you. How serious are you, what size and shape are your legs now. Ballerinas are very slim and their routines and exercises are very tough. Ballerinas eat and drink to shape their bodies along with all the exercises they do. Be prepared for a diet change and a total commitment to exercises. You need to contact a trainer to help you develope a routine.

Not in one month. It takes time to build muscle and lose weight.
