I am custom making a t-shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas and a running joke between us is to say "copyright 2007 something .com". I could explain the joke to you but it is inconsequential to this question. LOL!

Can I add "© 2007 www.HisName.com" to the bottom of my design even though it's not really copyrighted?

When you have a vehicle accident where no one is hurt and both vehicles are driveable can you write up a report without giving the at-fault driver a ticket? I work for an insurance company and I take accident claims over the phone and I had a caller today who was at the scene and the police officer (Washington D.C. PD) told the caller that he would have to give her a ticket if he did a report. I was just wondering. Thanks!

OK this is going to be long so bear with me.

Last year we fell into arrears with our mortgage. We went to court, a suspended possession order was granted, but we managed to raise the money from family to pay off the arrears and get the account clear.

The mortgage company and the court however claim the possession order still stands.

In June this year my partner lost his job and we struggled to make that month's mortgage payment. We paid what we could which was £150 short of our regular payment. The mortgage co said it was OK and as my partner found a job in August we could spread the £150 over 3 months to clear it. We owe one more payment of £50 to bring it up to date.

However

My stupid b*tch mother in law has made a mess of things. Because we had closed our bank account and were waiting to get a new one set up we needed to pay our last month's mortgage payment on a debit card and as I did not have a new card yet, I gave my MIL the money for the mortgage payment and

I got a hysterectomy 2 years ago and now Im having pain where my ovaries are ,and sometimes hot flashes.I kept both ovaries. What could be going on ?Could things simply be hormonal as I am not on hormones or maybe menopause. Beleive me Im going to go to the doctor,But I want some ideas to twirl around my head as its the holidays and it may take two weeks. If its hormonal I wonder if theres anything I could get from the health food store? Anyway what does happen to your ovaries after a hysterectomy?

hello my fellow p&s'ers, i sure hope you did. i had a wonderful one myself. if you were on here yesterday you probably noticed i wasn't on here much. i took some time to be with family. also i made a suggestion to yahoo answers about having a teen health category in the health section. they have a mens health and i think it would be good to have a teen health one too. it is a tough time for teens with puberty, peer-pressure and things of that nature. i was wondering what you thought of this idea. if you like it, could you please vote.

I think Jordin Sparks (Season 6 American Idol Winner) is a great example, because she shows people you don't have to be a super-skinny model to sucseed something. I'm not saying she is fat AT ALL she is not, I have met her in person, she just has a large body frame (she is quite tall too.)

Well, I'm pregnant with twin boys and my best friend found out two months after I did that she is pregnant with twin girls! She suggested a name for one of my twins and me and my husband really liked it so we're using it and now she wants me to help name one of her twins. I really like Harper for a girl. im only 14, and to actually get to a gym i need someone to take me because im not allowed to walk. im stuck at home cuz its too dangerous to go out.. yea and my only exercise is practicing soccer twice a week (sometimes 3)

His hair is really long and i like it shorter. He's a Cocker Spaniel that's 20 pounds. We can't have him in the house so he's outside. He has a house and a heater. It's winter time and the worst it gets sometimes is about 10 below. Would it be safe to cut his hair?
