i have been with the same woman for 7 years now and all of a sudden i have lusting after other women. I have never cheated on her and never would its just like i want to see them naked. I have never hinted at this to anyone its just how i feel inside. Its driving me insane please help. I need this to stop

Honey, it's a natural male instinct to want to see other women naked. There are places you can go to see them naked without touching. Looking isn't cheating unless you get carried away and look at it to much. Then it's actually an addiction.
Primal instinct comes from all of our ancestors.

I'm 36 yrs old and I've been married for 16 years my friend. My advice to you would be....get over your little crisis. spice it up. I'm sure your wife would be willing to go the distance. Rent a movie. Wink, Wink! Take a weekend and get away from the kids.
Don't look at your wife's negative features. Only think about her great qualities. The grass always looks greener on the other side. Don't give up! Good Luck!

Poor you, sounds difficult... don't they say something about the "seventh year's trouble..." ?
I noticed mine very bad, but got over it because I wanted to and meanwhile it's 10 years and we are still happy together... most of the time;-)

Talk to your doctor about the possibility of you needing some therapy or anti anxiety medication.
