For me, I closed my bedroom door, cranked up the music and did sets stomach crunches, jumping jacks, bicycle legs, toe touches, situps, and an aerobics routine a gym teacher taught us. 20 mins-----if u can't handle 20 mins displine, then you don't want it bad enough. Did I mention, no pizza, icecream, cake or cookies, chips, and go light on bread. Use protein snacks (peanuts), (a ginger snap 30 cal).

Does your school have a gym? Even just working out and running in there once a month for two hours can make a difference. I see that you are interested in soccer. Join the school team (or find in indoor venue for your team if it is off season). Anything can help!

Jogging in place, jumping rope (pretend you have an invisible jump rope if there's no room), box aerobics (box step-ups), and shadow boxing/cardio kickboxing are good ways to get cardio work at home if you can't get a stationary bike or treadmill.
Do circuit training with a set of light dumbells or just use your body weight. Push ups, sit ups, chin ups, curls, shoulder presses, etc. are exercises you can do. Perform a set of each continually. You'll get a great work out that doesn't take very long. Get creative and mix it up!
Good luck!!

As many pushups and situps as you can do 5 days a week. Running on the spot, or up and down stairs. :)

Well, you can't actually run AT home, but you don't need a gym to do it.....
